Thanks so much for creating a fun and lively first MeetUp. It was great to meet you!

I thought I'd just offer you some feedback on what people want from the group as shown in the questionnaires that were completed.

Firstly, the venue probably needs to change. The private area upstairs was pretty good but maybe still a little noisy and getting served can take some time in the busy bar downstairs. I will look into this and make changes for February.

In terms of activities, it's pretty unanimous to hold the networking monthly.

There is also a strong call for the many other ideas suggested and these should happen outside of the monthly meetup.

So, things like guest speakers, a coaching discussion group, a book club on coaching and training, social dinners, and specific training events and workshops are all things we can begin to look at holding. It may be that some of these are just very small events for a speicifc set of people to attend regularly. Time will tell :)
