WHAT YOU GET

Advanced Coaching (2 days)
This amazing weekend will take you to an advanced level that will set you apart from 90% of coaches in the market. You will explore a number of models from Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Brief Coaching and the Psychology of Change that enable you work with people’s limiting beliefs and behaviours. At this level, you can work with clients to accelerate them to much faster, more powerful results.
You will learn and practice

• STAR Model for better ways of responding to a challenge
• A-F Model to tackle limiting beliefs
• Change psychology models
• OSKAR – coaching on strengths and their use in coaching

NLP in Coaching (2 days)
In this module you will explore how NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) fits in to coaching and also how it differs. Focusing on four major models you’ll learn and practice:

• NLP goal setting (well-formed outcomes)
• The NLP concept of “chunking” and how it can make your coaching super-effective
• Meta-model for challenging limiting language and self-talk
• Perceptual positions for creating powerful interpersonal change

Having proven yourself as a coach already, we will NOT expect you to complete coaching hours. This is about up-skilling not starting again!

Overview

The Smart School’s delivery of the ITOL Diploma in Coaching Excellence offers a unique all round programme to support you to coaching success.

The ITOL diploma is a recognised professional qualification and you will be entitled to join the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning to receive letters after your name and a host of other benefits.

Don’t forget, your previous experience is recognised so to convert your existing course to a qualification – the ITOL Diploma in Coaching Excellence - you will receive:

• 4 days of intensive training over 2 weekends
• Detailed pre-course work to get you ready to start
