Thanks for being a member of this group - it's good to have you onboard.
I'd like to explain the change in focus that the London Coaches is undergoing. When I first set the group up 18 months ago it was to act as a general hub for coaches to connect, share and learn. And it was nice. We've had consisently good meetings. And friendly socials. And purposeful training. Hey, we're a 5 star Meetup. But so what... However, like anything that doesn't have a truly defined outcome it lost its way and became secondary to my attention to my coaching school. Sadly, like many Meetup groups it became something to be a part of but not take part in. Which is a shame. Because I am sure that each of you joined this group for a reason - afterall, it isn't the London Bricklayers Group. You chose it because you're either a coach or you want to be a coach. And I want to help you deliver on your own ambiton. To either become a successful coach or to grow your existing coaching business. That's why this group is moving towards being all about developing a successful coaching, NLP or consultancy business. That doesn't mean we won't have the nice friendly social events that we use to have. But they'll be the byproduct of a group that really aims to make a difference. I'd love you to be part of that journey with this group to help you create the brilliant and successful coaching business that brought you into it in the first place. Didn't it?. You know as well as I that the only person that can make this happen for you is you! But a framework of knowledge, skills and attitude will go a whole long way to making a difference. So, I guess I need to ask you a question. Do you want this? Are you right for this group? Do you want to be part of a group that kicks butt?? If so, sign up with your heart and mind and lets get building some kick-ass coaching practices! Join in, invest in yourself, take action and make a difference. See you on your amazing journey to coaching success. Nick |
